Allen Caraher was born and raised in Richmond, Virginia, and has worked in residential construction since 2004. He earned a degree in Construction Management from East Carolina University and a degree in Business Administration from Longwood University. His experience spans luxury homebuilding, renovations, additions, and complex residential projects.

His background in construction management shaped a disciplined approach centered on thoughtful planning, organization, clear communication, and attention to detail. Allen founded Lancer Residential Construction to bring that level of professional construction management to homeowners while maintaining the personal involvement and accountability of an owner-led company. He remains actively involved throughout Lancer projects, with a focus on creating a well-managed construction experience and building long-term relationships with clients.

Kevin Brungard is a U.S. Army veteran with more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry. Throughout his career, he has worked across nearly every facet of residential construction, from framing and hands-on field experience to project management, sales, and project development.

At Lancer Residential Construction, Kevin works closely with homeowners during the early stages of their projects, helping them explore their goals, understand the possibilities, and determine the right path forward. His broad construction background allows him to approach projects with a practical understanding of both the building process and the homeowner’s vision. Kevin’s experience and relationship-focused approach complement Lancer’s commitment to straightforward communication, thoughtful planning, and a professional experience from the first conversation forward.
